Pay Online: Once you have opened your My Suddenlink account, you can choose a payment method for your one-time payment, enter the amount you need to pay and your payment information, such as your checking account or credit card details and make you payment, once authorization has been received from your bank or credit card provider. You will receive an automatic confirmation and the payment will appear as “pending” on your Suddenlink account. Pay by Phone: You can use the automated system or talk to a live representative by calling FREE or use your My Suddenlink account and make a payment via Chat Support online. There is no fee using the automated payment system, but there is a transaction fee when you use the representative-assisted phone option.
Pay by EZ Pay: Suddenlink allows customers to make recurrent monthly payments via their EZ Pay facility. Sign into your My Suddenlink account and select “Setup/Update EZ Pay” under the “My Bill” heading on your My Account screen. Simply enter your checking account, debit or credit card details and a payment will be automatically deducted from your account every month.
Pay in Person: You can pay your bill at your local Suddenlink store location. No transaction fees apply. Store hours vary depending on where you live. Go to your My Suddenlink account and click on “Contact us”. On the left-hand side of the screen you can select “Local Stores”. The next screen allows you to type in your zip code to find your nearest Suddenlink store location. You can pay by cash, money order, debit or credit card.
Pay by Mail: You can mail your bill payment to Suddenlink. Write your Suddenlink account number on the back of your check or money order and send your payment together with the payment coupon to the address you will see on your bill statement’s payment coupon. If you do not have access to your statement simply mail you payment below based upon your area of service.
