Pay Online: Magic Valley Electric now offers its customers the choice to manage their accounts and pay their bills online. With this online service you can pay your MVEC bill by electronic check or credit card, and you can also view and print billing information, view and print up to 12 month’s billing history, and set up email bill payment notifications.
Pay in Person: Payments to Magic Valley Electric are supported at a number of convenient Pay Station locations, located across the MVEC service area. Visit the MVEC website to locate your nearest Pay Station. To make your MVEC bill payment online click the “Pay Online” button below to login, register, view your bill or manage your account online.
Pay by Automatic Bank Draft: Automatic bank drafts are a simple and convenient way to manage your Magic Valley Electric bills. With this service there is no need to pay your bills manually each month. You only have to fill in the bank draft form (available at the MVEC website), and send it in along with a voided check. After this the required monthly payments will be transferred from your chosen bank account automatically each month.
Opening & Closing Accounts
Open a new account: To open a new customer account with Magic Valley Electric, call customer services or follow the process available online. The cooperative charges a $25 account setup fee and a $5 membership fee, and depending on your credit status you may have to provide a deposit. The deposit will not be higher than one sixth of the estimated annual billing.
Close an existing account: To close an existing account, log in to your online account or call customer services.

Magic Valley Electric (MVEC) is a not-for-profit utility cooperative founded in 1937 by a group of farmers and ranchers from the Rio Grande Valley that wanted to bring electricity to the area. Since then there has been steady expansion and today the cooperative serves over 90,000 members/customers.
